Since 2020 we have been exporting sporting and hunting firearms, ammunition, optics and accessories for dealers and importers worldwide. Our shipments reach customers on six continents.
From sourcing through licensing and customs clearance to transport, we accompany the entire process. For dealers within the European Union as well as for partners in the USA, South America, Africa and Scandinavia.
Where we deliver
European Union
B2B trade within the European Union is one of our core activities. The required transfer licences are usually available within two working days.
Depending on your needs, we organise transport by air freight or by road. The goods can be shipped on pallets or collected from us and loaded onto your truck.
Worldwide
Outside the EU we regularly supply several customers in the United States as well as partners in Norway, Paraguay and South Africa. We take care of the export licences from the German Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) for you.
We are familiar with the requirements of the US ATF. We have already submitted firearms to the Firearms and Ammunition Technology Division for technical evaluation. If you are an importer or dealer looking for a reliable partner in Germany, we look forward to your enquiry.
With clear limits. We do not deliver to embargoed countries. Private customers outside Germany we serve exclusively in Austria and Poland; processing there takes place via our partner dealers.
What we take care of for you
We know the entire export chain, from sourcing and storage through licensing to transport. You have one contact person who knows your case and guides you through each step.
Sourcing
New firearms from German manufacturers and German wholesalers, used firearms from purchases and estates as well as from online platforms such as eGun or Gunfinder. We also source ammunition, optics and accessories for your business.
We also handle the export of goods you have already bought in Germany.
Licences
We take care of export licences from the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) and of transfer licences within the EU. We coordinate the required import documents with you. We are in direct contact with our counterparts at BAFA, at the Federal Office of Administration (BVA) and at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
Air freight
Air freight is one of our specialities. We are equipped to pack, document and clear shipments for air freight on our own premises, inbound and outbound, including customs formalities.
For the flight itself we work with several certified air freight partners. This gives us access to different transport options and lets us compare available freight rates.
Logistics
We work exclusively with certified and experienced partners. Whether air freight, road transport, palletising or collection with loading at our premises: we tailor the solution to your shipment.
Transit
We can also handle shipments that go from a third country through Germany to another country for you, even if the goods do not physically pass through our warehouse.
As flexible as your business
Every company works differently. That is why we adapt the process to your workflows.
Collection early in the morning, late in the evening, at weekends or on public holidays, loading onto your truck, partial deliveries or special packaging requests: tell us what you need. Together we will discuss how to make it happen.
Of course you can also inspect your goods personally at our premises before loading.
We do not promise miracles. But we are very good at what we do.
Process and terms
- Conversation. You tell us your requirements, the destination country and the planned volume. We tell you openly what we can deliver, which requirements apply in the destination country and how long you should expect it to take.
- Ex works offer. You receive an offer on an EXW basis (Incoterms 2020). Our terms depend on the agreed volume. We show transparently which services are included and which costs are additional. Freight rates we request for specific orders or on confirmed intention to order, based on the actual shipment data.
- Order and payment. With your order we agree the payment terms together. They depend on the order and the destination country and are agreed in a personal conversation.
- Licensing. Within the EU, transfer licences are usually available within two working days. For export licences to non-EU countries you should allow at least six weeks depending on the destination. In complex cases processing can take up to six months, in special cases longer. We keep you informed about the progress of your case.
- Shipping or collection. As soon as the required licences are in place and payment is complete, your goods are on their way by air freight or road transport, or you collect them from us. You receive the documents digitally in advance.
Your goods are in good hands
Storage
Until export, your goods are stored with us in heated and air-conditioned strong rooms.
Insurance
During storage with us and during transport via our logistics, your goods are continuously insured up to the agreed place of delivery, based on the actual value of the goods and not merely at forwarders’ flat rates.
Discretion
Confidentiality goes without saying for us. We treat all enquiries and orders discreetly. As a matter of principle, we never name our customers and partners publicly.
Import into Germany
We import firearms from all over the world into Germany, except from embargoed countries. Our offer is aimed at German firearms dealers as well as private customers holding the appropriate acquisition permit.
We are familiar with import and transfer, proof testing and registration in the National Firearms Register from numerous cases. Tell us which model you are looking for. We will clarify the possible route as well as duration and costs with you.
For private customers in Austria and Poland
Austria: We supply private customers in Austria via our partner dealer in Salzburg. You request the desired firearm from us, we handle the export and you collect the goods from our partner in Salzburg.
Poland: For private customers in Poland we also work with a partner dealer through whom the handover takes place. We will gladly give you the name of our partner on request.
Who our offer is intended for
We mainly work with commercial partners who order regularly and are interested in a long-term cooperation. Building a reliable partnership is our priority.
Within the EU the volume is usually 20 firearms per month or more. For partners in non-EU countries we look at the requirements and the scope of the cooperation individually. What matters is that the process makes sense and is economical for both sides.
